Can some one tell me what this fish is please

Hi all, I hope ive put this in the correct place but can anyone tell me what fish this is please, I saw it in my lfs and took the details off the tag, but I think its the wrong tag, I really like it and want to check it would be suitable for my tank.

One of the poster fish for impulse buys. I literally have a book from 2005 using this fish as the example to research fish before buying.

I've stopped my wife several times from purchasing one.

Great looking fish as a juvi, but get big and ugly as they get older.
