Can some1 ID this worm...

I had a friend looking after our tanks while we are out of town dealing with a family funeral.
They sent me these pics...they noticed it when they went to feed the pair of clowns in that tank...
Once I got pics and looked at them I just told them to yank it out of tank carefully not to break it cause most worms grow back missing parts... So what is this

i was wondering if it was medusa worm because of the crazy mass of tenticles...
are they bad? as this is in the tank with our bounces....and us not being there doesnt help.

Medusa worm tentacles look different. This one's just a harmless hitchhiker

Yep pretty good cleanup crew member....bottom of my tank is littered with them (I prob feed too much)
