Can somebody please tell me what this is?

This looks like a tiny anemone to me, but I have no idea!!! It’s been months since I’ve had one (sadly my starfish got to it ). Can someone please tell me what the heck this is? I know the picture is kind of hard to see. As soon as the light came on it retracted against the rock a bit.

It might be a spaghetti worm.

IMO i think it's an Aptasia, it has the distinctive curly tentacles.
I'm not 100% sure ( from the picture ) it sure looks like it to "me"

Spaghetti sponge was my first impression , but the strands seem different. If they are moving vigorously, could be
My best guess is poriferan type sponge and shaped the way they are due to water flow and would be stationary
