I have this green algea that does not come off. None of my clean crew touches. I just want to know what it is and what I should do about it. It grow like crazy taking over the rock that is facing my led but not in the cave area.

looks like a very new tank. the water is probably good. I think purple coralline will replace the green very soon. its usually a funny precursor to the purple.

It is very new. The water quality is pretty good. I just got the nitrates down to under 5ppm. I just wanted to know that this was coralline or not because I am kinda new to this. The purple you see is the Epoxy that I used for my coral.

lol
All good. dont sweat the nutrints while its early unless its an extreme shift and your all good. so watch the numbers an dont chase em.

But yea i could see it looks healthy and new. coralline likes nutrients and good light too. kinda an indicator of good.

Congrats.

So coralline can be green or it turn purple? I don't mind the the green coralline

itll turn purple.
other macro algae n bacteria, other color corallines will color up the rest. Purple Coralline oft times will be dominant and cover the other stuff.
