Can someone help identify this algae?

Hey all. So I have a second build going on that I started mid December with all dry marco rock. I have had diatoms and my glass get dirty within hours of cleaning. I’m assuming it’s some sort of bacteria bloom but I’ve noticed some sort of fuzz growing on my rock/sand. I don’t think it’s dino as I’ve had it before in another build and it was totally different. Any help would be appreciated!

230 gallons
1.025 salinity
Ca 440
Kh 8.2
Mg 1400

No3 4- 8 ppm
Po4 .02 ppm

No carbon dosing. Just one to two feedings a day. No corals. Led black boxes are on for 7 hours a day. 15% weekly water changes. Already have Coraline growing and I see pods in the overflow area.

I just set up the system in mid December meaning water went in around that time. The bloom didn’t start until maybe mid or so January.
