Can someone help me ID cyano or dino, microscope pics.

I have been fighting what I believe to be Dinos and have been in and out of my tank for over a year. I have attached some pics I took today through my microscope of the organic. It doesn't appear to be moving. They appear rapidly, hang all over my SPS and accumulate or create bubbles. They are easy to blow off but reform within minutes. They are dark brown. I don't have a sand bed. They are all over the rocks.

PH - 8.06-8.16
cal - 440
alk - 9.8
mag - 1350

This is a 150 gallon SPS only tank. Running 4 AI hydra 26s and 2 reef bright all blue strips.
Using 2 Neptune Wav Pumps and 1 gyre 150 with very heavy flow everywhere.

I only have the following fish
1 - 6 line
1 - purple
1-magnificent foxface

Maybe a type of flatworm?

Looks like dinoflagellate Ostreopsis to me. To confirm, when you zoom in more, does it appear like they are turning around a central point?

I was able to google what you were describing and did successfully identify the strain. That will help me make sure I get rid of it for good this time. I am very pleased with the microscope as this is the first time I have bought one and used it!
