Can someone help me interpret this? Almost done cycle

I am using the Salifert test kits and when reading nitrite (from the side) the colour seems to be between 0 and 0.1. However this figure, since read through the side of the test tube rather the the top, should be divided by 10. Firstly, if I interpret it as 0.01, is the cycle done (ammonia is at zero) and can I add my first fish? Is it normal to see the slightest hint of pink as I am seeing? Thanks for the help!

Ammonia spiked and is now at zero. Nitrate is at about 5ppm.

On 23rd day of the cycle but the number have been the same for 3 days now

You are cycled. Complete a water change, % add much as you can. I recently just cycled and did a 60% will do a 20% tomorrow And add livestock.
