I just wanna know if my tunze osmolator 3155 is installed correctly? When the water evaporates, and the pumps kicks in it keeps filling till it submerges the while bottom sensor. In my head i thought when the water touches the tip of the sensor the water stops but not really.

Second concern. Is the plastic hodler for the emergency float sensor. Should be tiny bit submerged. Pictures below.

It should kick on when the water drops below the tip of the optical sensor and shut off when the tip is slightly submerged.

What about the plastic holder for the floating valve is that should be sunberged as well?

The floating valve is place higher than the optical sensor, but lower than the top rim of your tank such that if the pump were to get stuck on and the float valve floats gets pushed up, then the alarm will sound and I think the pump shuts off. The bottom of the holder will likely be submerged a bit depending on your setup.

Yes because i dont get it like the other guy here saying i cant do it like the picture. If i put the plastic holder above the water the sensor is way far from the water.
