Can someone help me with this hammer?

Two days ago I have notice lot of some small dots on top of my hammer tentacles, they move so fast... beginning think this could be redbud or sperma... anyways dip it yesterday in Revive and dip seachem, then this little things disappear, but again appear more... have noticed can anyone help me please?
