I am not an expert, but I experienced the same with my frogspawn before, and people here told that the coral is like throwing up, this happen because sudden changes or adapting to new environment from extreme environment. Unfortunately shortly after my frogspawn died. But i would check what are the last changes you did to the tank. Including dosing anything

We recently changed the light settings. About 5-6 days ago. That might be it.

Dont try to clean it, i was new to the hobby, and i didn’t know better, so i was trying to clean it off, they will disappear on their own. When it adjust properly. Also when changing lights. I always recommend to go slow.
