I have found this in my tank should I take it out or is it okay to stay in?

Looks like a brittle star to me. I personally would leave it, but you may want to make your final decision based on the assessment of of someone more knowledgeable.

Won't harm anything, just spends most of its life hiding in the rock. I've only once seen one outside a rock.
If you try to catch them their legs break off, so don't try

I don’t believe so. I have 100’s of smaller “micro” brittle stars in my tank. As @gbroadbridge stated I have heard they are a good part of the cuc.

No there literally both there if you look close two legs to brittle star and Bristleworm goes under right leg of the star

Yeah, that does actually look to be both a brittle star and a bristleworm. Both are harmless scavengers, although bristleworms can sting you like a stinging caterpillar can. Good reminder not to put your bare hands on your rockwork- there are potential sharp edges and bacteria.
