Can Someone Id Please

Noticed a number of these on the glass this evening after cleaning the tank and stirring up the sand bed, can anyone id and are they good or bad? They apear to be seethrough if that helps

Planaria, otherwise known as flatworms

Definitely FW. Be VERY careful if you decide to dose a chemical like flatworm exit or the like. When these boogers die, they release toxins, and there are generally LOTS more than you see or think. MANY a reef tank has been absolutely nuked by killing flatworms en masse.

Those aren't Convolutriloba, so you don't have to worry about nuking your tank. They probably were just dethroned with you stirring up the sand. No biggie, IMO. I personally wouldn't do anything at this point.
