There are thin thread like strings on the glass in my overflow section that has some clear sacks attached to them. The sacks are roughly 1/8th to 3/16” long and attached to the strings at one end. They are swaying with the current. Sorry for the crappy pic but that is about the best I can do at the moment. And as always, many thanks in advance for the help

Almost looks like it resembles caulepra algea.

I have searched high and low and haven’t found anything that I could make a positive ID on. The strings are white and the sacks are clear. I will see if I can get a better pic

Honestly looks like a bunch of tunicates strung up together. No clue.

They are similarly shaped like combs but they are attached at one end to the spider web looking white threads.

Google siphonophore - looks similar. Looks like a colonial organism of some sort

Here’s a little better pic. Sorry they all are not better. I placed the flashlight shining down into the overflow for this one. Seems a little better. When I get a minute I will try and suck some out with the turkey baster and get a better look.

I too thought hydroid but couldn’t find any pics that matched what I’m seeing. There are tons more that I discovered on the black plastic inside the overflow. The only ones I can get pics of are the ones on the glass as they are hard to see and iPhone 6s is struggling in the camera department.

So here’s a thought, scypha sponge. And maybe they are clear from lack of light in my overflow???
