Can someone ID this for me please?

Hoping someone can help me ID this, it looks like some sort of snail, but i did not add anything to the tank looking like this, its very fast moving, and one of the others in the tank has a reddish color to it, i currently have 4 in the tank that i can see(excluding this one), and i would like to figure out if its a friend or foe before i begin transferring everything to a bigger tank. Thanks for your help.
