Can someone ID this for me?

I have this green algae growing. The sand seems "clumpy" while the green on the heater and power heads is more along the line of a "sheet" of algae. When the sand crud is viewed under a microscope at high power it seems to be make of fine threads laced together. My zoa frags have wavy algae that I think is GHA. That is also on the body of the Candy Canes as well.

But overall this doesn't look like the images I've seen of GHA and I'm concerned this may be green cyano.

Any input or thoughts?
