Or could it be some sort of nem ??
Anyone from #reefsquad help on this ?

it looks like a tube nem without the tube...I hope you didnt pay (or pay much) for this, in almost all instances ive read about, they dont survive long without a tube.

Looks like a tube anemone. They flouress very nicely and are NPS (non-photosynthetic) They need to be fed to survive.

I'm pretty sure it is a type of tube worm (kokerworm) but I'm not good with the whole ID thing.

+1 on the Cerianthus ID. These are a cold water burrowing species with the high end temp being about 72*. Bury his tube gently under your sand leaving the opening exposed. If he is missing his tube, you can place him in an undergravel filter tube which is placed at an angle under the sand...that way, he won't exhaust himself creating another tube while being stressed from being new to your tank. They are non-photosynthetic and need small meaty foods like copepods etc, fed to them in the late evening as they are nocturnal feeders. An aged tank is best. Their tentacles can get up to a foot long. They are biolumenescent.
