I don't know how any of you can tell from the pic alone. Very blurry. Lot of guessing going on IMO.
Sorry to jump on your thread but I can't seem to figure out how to make my own. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ID THESE THINGS?!?!?!
These were first inside my pump as small almost slug looking things. They are now all over my live rock and spreading fast. They start out small and slug or oval shaped then grow tubular and longer and appear hollow in the center with a round opening that has these little feelers on the outer rim of the circle. The biggest one, almost and inch long is now starting to look a little brown.

In assisting the OP I really make an effort to narrow down the field of possibilities. I am not just throwing something out there for the heck of posting. Perhaps you could assist the op. One can tell a lot by shape and color alone, location within the tank, .........there are only so many possibilities, after you've seen most of them a couple hundred times it gets a lot easier narrow it down.
I see Pineapple Sponges, and some Bryozoan. Look at the link below to assist in ID's.

@mspoisonpen Looks like bubble algae. Don't pop them whatever you do. I would remove the rock carefully and scrape them off from behind then dip the rock in 50/50 hydrogen peroxide solution and rodi for about 30 minutes or so then replace it back in the dt.
