That little red thing . I noticed after the lights were off. Is it bad ?

Agreed. When it send it’s arms out for food, it will annoy that coral and you will not get full extension. Scrape it off out of the water, rinse the area with salt water, all away from the tank and then a dab of super glue over it. Problem solved.
