I’ve looked around & cant find anything of what I think it could be small white thing on cleaner also have some in rocks?

Edit it’s not a pod this thing is attached & doesn’t move

Looks like a pineeapple sponge. Harmless filter feeder.

They will come in sometimes as hitchikers, but the majority of the time they start to appear as your tank matures and whatnot.
