Can someone identify these bubbles?? Please

I have had my Fowler tank running for about 7 months, I keep getting these bubbles that keep coming back everytime I clean the glass, please let me know what these are hopefully nothing bad

Thanks Ritter, can you tell me how to get rid of it, is this caused by having phosphates in the water?
