Hello everyone, I am pretty new to the saltwater scene. I have a fluval 13.5 gallon nano that's been going for about a year and a half now and within the last month or so I started developing this greenish algae all over my substrate / live rock/the calcium stems of my LPS coral and basically everything else in my tank. It does not seem to be negatively affecting my coral but it is ugly and I would like to get rid of it. I feed 3 time a week very sparingly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

What type of CuC do you have and how often do you clean your substrate?

I have 4 red legged hermits, 2 nassarius snails and 2 turbo snails also a red banded Goby. I clean about 1/4 of the substrate every week when i do my 10% WC.

What are your nitrates at?

Trochus snails tear into algae on the rocks and glass. You could add a couple of them to your tank.
