Currently have copper in the tank. And a bunch of fairy wrasse in there. I have general cure on hand but don’t want to use it because of wrasses. I also have Kanaplex on hand. Please let Me know what o can use

It looks like a fluke. If you can pull the fish and give it a fresh water bath for 5 minutes you will have your answer if it is a fluke, but I'm sure that it probably is.

What can I use for flukes that won’t kill the wrasses ?

Looks to be a fluke. My recommendation would be a freshwater dip first to remove it from the eye followed by prazipro treatment. You can treat while copper is in there just add extra oxygen exchange and watch for any bacterial blooms. Here’s a video on how to do a freshwater dip

I would fresh water dip first to be 100% positive. If it is flukes, which it probably is the proper treatment is prazie, which is one of the main ingredients in your general cure, or a formalize based medication which would probably be harder on everything including the wrasses.

Also using powdered praziquentel as in the general cure is not advised while running copper, but the use of liquid as in prazipro is generally accepted as safe. Most would also suggest watching out for secondary infections caused by the open wounds left by the flukes.

Wouldn’t the liquid prazi. Kill the wrasse?

If you are concerned about the wrasses just FW dip every other day. If it’s still there after wrasses are out treat with prazipro.

The wrasses will be fine in prazipro. I have treated 3 in prazi while running copper. You’ll dose it once and then a second round 5-7 days after to kill of any eggs that hatched.
