Can someone identify

Looking to ID these, they are all over in my sump. They don’t seem to move, feels like a piece of cotton really small but covering the skimmer and all the sides . Is this anything to worry about?

It's generally easier to ID these sorts of things in the water, but it looks like pineapple sponges - harmless filter feeders.
