Can someone just validate my ids

Happy new year all.

I have two critters I was hoping to validate an I'd on.

Firstly, in my sump I have something that to me looks a lot like aptasia. It's just that it seems to be a different colour than in the main tank...

Secondly, on the glass where my return hits I have a bunch of small, oval white things. They are maybe 2mm in size. Getting a photo of them was basically impossible but here is my best attempt.

Yup. Looks like Aptasia.
Hard to tell about the white critters. Likely pods but... Do they move and if so constantly and slowly. Check with a magnifying glass to see if you can see legs///

I agree the aiptasia doesn’t look like the typical brown stringy ones. But it’s clearly multiplying fast, assume it’s aiptasia and remove all ASAP.

Yes, they do seem to be moving fairly constanly.

Would either of these be something I need to worry about?

Munnid isopods and ostracods are both harmless. Fish snacks that eat biofilm and algae.

Those dots could also be acoel flatworms- do they have kind of a forked tail, and move in a continuous, slow glide? Acoels can irritate corals in very large numbers, and sometimes surge in population in newer tanks, but are harmless and generally die back to reasonable numbers on their own.

Thanks, took a look with a magnifier and they look fairly close to the image of a munnid. Got a couple of wrasses in QT currently so assume they will take care of them. Thanks for the input.
