Can someone please help?

I say have patience. If you want to do anything at all for it add more bacteria to the tank. Definitely keep ghost feeding so the bacteria keeps growing. Dont do a water change yet.... 6 weeks is totally average for a real cycle.
Been using floss and a little sand from my DT to seed it...also 2 little vials of Prodibio...(I'm out)...I could easily put in another dirty floss pad which I assume would both feed and increase bacteria...good???

one from your dt? Yeah, that'd help out.

My experience is once your nitrites hit zero your nitrates will finally peak and then start to come down. I found you may see another nitrate spike in a little bit and that will be the completion of your cycle. Water changes during cycle has a lot of opinions. I was attempting water changes initially, but after working with my LFS I decided to stop because we felt changing the water was not allowing the water to finish leveling off at the tail end of the cycle. It does not appear that you have added fish so just let it run it course. Waiting for the cycle to complete is frustrating...

Thanks...not frustrated, just want to make sure that the cycle is running smoothly...the QT is only 20 gal...than I will start sinking money into the 65 Fowlr...than I will put in water and start all over again...This is really a long-haul deal...frustration only occurs if I screw-up badly...
