I recently acquired a saltwater tank and it came with a popbloom rs90 controller and my night lighting has stopped working I downloaded and read the manual but I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong at this point or if I need to replace the unit. Everything is used so I'm unsure of age or credibility

Post this in the lighting forum. Somebody there might use a PopBloom. These are cheap lights made to be discarded if they fail, so there might not be anything that you are missing.

In the end, nothing needs moon/night lighting, so you can have just as good of a tank without it.

You can check the controller settings if you set 0% at night?
