i have been fighting Algea issues for a month or so now i have this stuff..

water parameters are great and have been..

Looks like common hair algae. Perhaps look into dosing vibrant. Worked for nine but I did get a dino outbreak after. Something else to consider.

it is taking over in clumps and not sure what to do. i do have vibrant but that also kills my refugium i believe

There’s a popular vibrant thread here started by the owners of vibrant. Some people had corals die. Others didn’t. Some lost chaeto. Others didn’t. There was no cure for my GHA so I went with vibrant. I could barely pull mine off the rocks. And it was covering and killing corals.
