hi,kinda looks like a camel shrimp,hard to tell from pics,
keep in isolation until positive id.

If in doubt throw it out! I have a reef tank and I always get rid of anything I don't recognize a small little critter can cost you thousands by the time you figure out its not reef safe! Now if you find out later it was harmless, its cheap to buy another one if you really liked it and didn't introduce it to your DT!

I don't really have an isolation spot right now. Just in office/lab. Could I leave him in a conical tube overnight?

Add to that, this guy is tiny so possibly a juvenile. Perhaps juveniles will have different markings? I see white patches on the sides, but the legs are also mostly white.
