Vayssierea felis
De couleur orange, des rhinophores lisses, sans branchies apparentes puisque les échanges se font par les pores de sa peau, il s’agit de l’unique espèce de sa famille.

A cause de sa très petite taille et du fait qu’il est remarquablement véloce, il est souvent pris pour un jeune Gymnodoris inornata.

Il n’est pas rare de pouvoir l’observer à Raroia en colonie de plusieurs dizaines d’individus, sur des sites riches en coquillages spiralés qu’il perfore grâce à ses radula.

Because of its very small size and the fact that it is remarkably swift , it is often taken for a young Gymnodoris inornata .

It is not rare to observe in Raroia colony of dozens of individuals on sites rich in coiled shells that pierces through its radula .
