I have a mushroom that was slightly larger than a quarter. It had a rough couple of weeks because I had stopped feeding it to deal with some algae (used to be fed 3x a week), it had a two day blackout and I added some Reef Flux to the tank. It has shrunk somewhat and is now splitting. Is this likely because of a stress response?

Thanks for the input everyone. It's interesting, because every rhodactis I have started small and split after a month or so. Then they never split again and are all close to 3" across, if not larger now.
