can these lights grow SPS and acro?

Yes. Those are fine.
I’d look at the mars aqua , vita spar and SBreeflight.
Much more well known brands. That’ll help later when you set them or have questions.

Yea they should work. But I would rent a par meter from brs to find out how much par and where your hotspots are on the tank.
