Can this be Lympho

My Blonde Naso Tang just had this show up a few days ago while going through quarantine. Is it ich falling off or could this be Lympho

Looks just like it. A UV filter has worked for me to keep Lympho at bay.

I've read that it will go away on it's own. So I guess I'll just keep an eye on it and hopefully it goes away and not spread and get worse. My other fish seems not to have any sign of it. Fingers crossed and thanks for the replies

Feed high quality food enriched with selcon.

I agree it’s just a little lympho and will go away with time. It’s a virus. So boosting immune system is best thing to do.

What food would you recommend, I've been feeding frozen mysiss shrimp, brine, and different types of seaweed with and with out garlic, and pellet food

Any high quality frozen foods. I mix LRS with mysis and some other cubes and then add selcon and vita chem.
