Woke up this morning to find that someone had dislodged the hammer from its rock and unfortunately it fell directly on top of a Lobophylia. The lobo clearly wasn’t happy about that and it appears it beat the crap out of the hammer. The hammer is currently retracted and sliming. Is there anything I should/can do?

Wait for now, you could give it an iodine dip but if the tissue has been badly stung it will deteriorate either way.

Don't dip her, don't stress her out anymore - let her be & she may yet recover.
She looks quite upset - once she starts opening up a little bit I'd advice feeding her 2x a week, with 1 anemone pellet, or something similair - I feed LPS Grow + Color by Fauna Marin every day by mixing it with my Reef Energy AB+ by RedSea, used to feed Anemone Pellets by Vitalis which did wonders too.

I personally dont like putting hammers ontop of rockwork, due to this reason. (falling & landing head first into sand or another coral while im @ work or asleep)
