I too had the exact same thing happen to me. The piece fit exactly. The best super glue I found (and I’ve tried many) is loctite (blue tube)

FYI - The Weld-On 16 is great for the initial attachment. Weld On's PS16 tube is thicker and great for filling in gaps.

Yeah I that's why I was saying weld on 4 because it'll help wick into the cracks and since I have the chunk that got chipped out will help hold it in without making too much squeeze out hopefully

To update everyone, the seller was very helpful and gave me a partial refund higher than I had asked for, and i have ordered some weld on to repair it.
