Can tiny clownfish go through normal QT protocol?

Sorry for the flood of questions, but I am unsure of this. I just got 2 new clownfish today and I plan on following the standard QT protocol. My only concern is these guys are small, like .5 to .75 inch- ish. Is it safe to put them through copper treatment being so small? Or would there be a different protocol for them? TIA

That is a good question but based on the things they are susceptible to such as brook and bacterial, I would recommend ruby rally pro which is very safe to use. They with copper should be fine but also depends on how stable they are. Regarding prazi as part pf protocol, that they would be fine with

Gotcha. From the little bit that I saw, they seemed to be very active in the QT so far(covered it so it’s dark for the first day or so) I’m not familiar with the product, is it a bath or a tank treatment? Should I use before or after copper and prazi treatment? If it is in tank, should I separate them from my other fish or would it be beneficial for all of them to have it. (list below) I really appreciate it in advance sorry for the many questions.
I plan on watching all the fish and making sure they all eat for about a week or so before I start medication.

Both and is reef safe. You can go right to Prazi after using it

I do wish that clownfish breeders would hold their fish from sale until they are larger, but that eats into their profits.

There is some thought that smaller fish, having a larger surface area to mass ratio, will be more adversely affected by medications in the water.

If you know for sure that these fish came direct from a breeder, and were never housed with other fish, you can fairly safely forgo quarantine. However, if they were tanked with wild caught fish, all bets are off and they need to go through a full quarantine process.

Yeah I’m not 100% sure I got them from Saltwaterfish.com, just shot them an email to see if they can give me some insight!

i prefer to be conservative with exposing “baby” fish to medications/chemicals

meaning, i like to be sure the fish is eating and conditioned for a week or two before starting any treatments
