Can UV or azitromicyn reduce pH ?

Can UV reduce the pH as it kills the microalgae ?
And azitromicyn ? Can it reduce reduce the pH too ?

I wouldn't expect the microalgae dying to directly effect pH. The microalgae will stop converting CO2 to O2 which will cause pH to drop. The amount it drops isn't something I could quantify but I suspect not significantly, especially in a tank with macroalgaes.
I'm not familiar with azitromicyn and how it breaks down in water.
