Can you buy just the Apex Main module?

I don't know the name of it...but just the Apex module that has the ethernet port and the power bars connect to?

Can I just purchase that single item? I want to add an Apex to my frag tank, and I already have an extra power bar, and I don't really need the LCD screen....so is it possible? Where can I find one?

Maybe I should consider getting the Reefkeeper Lite. Would the RKL let me run dosing pumps on a schedule and protect from heater failure? I don't really need online connectivity or anything fancy since its just a QT/Frag tank. If it can't, then I'll just cough up and buy the Apex Jr soon.

I will let a ReefKeeper user answer that one. I use APEX. If you just need to do what you mentioned, you can get a stand alone temperature controller for the heater, like a Ranco Temperature Controller. You can also control dosing pumps with inexpensive timers.
