Can you "catch" dinos?

Knock on wood I've beat Dinos months ago after Fluconazole treatment.

However theres someone who wants to sell me some zoa that I don't have but this is the frag pic he sent me. I'm willing to scrub the frag plugs but I Am absolutely not willing to get Dinos again for anything.

So if I get frags and manually clean (I also always dip Bayer before adding) could I avoid Dino?

IMO I would stay away. I had Dino once in my last tank it was awful. Me personally I wouldn’t put anything in my tank that came from a tank that had dinos. It’s just not worth the risk.
