Can you clean hazy glass?

I’ve got a haze at the top of my tank glass right at the water line. I’ve tried cleaning it with scrubbers and razors and when it’s wet it appears totally clean. But once the glass dries the haze reappears.

I know I’m being nit picky, but it’s frustrating that I can’t clean it / remove it. I don’t even know what’s causing it. Any info would be great!
