Can you encourage a clown to move?

I have a 7 year old ocelarris that’s pretty much always preferred the back top right corner of the tank. You know, out of view. Now there are some rhodactis growing on the back side of my rockwork there, and that’s her new host (first time she’s ever actually associated with anything more than the tank corner.) I just added a super awesome juvenile domino clown, and of course they’ve paired right up, and the new cutie is mostly hanging out out of sight in the back right corner now too. *sigh*
Is there any way to encourage them to pick a new favored area? I’ve only got 34 gallons so I’m not adding a bubble tip for them. I’ve got Xenia and torch that they don’t even look at. I’d sure like to see more of them! I tried leaving a big fish net back there; that worked for about an hour and then they just swam around it and ignored it.

Re-arrangement of the rockscape is the only thing that I can think of that will work. Once clowns establish their turf they get very set in their ways.

That’s what I figured. No room to re-arrange in such a small, stable tank. I will say that the original clown is out in the open more now that she has a young mate, though.

If you have adequate lighting maybe try a duncan?
