Can you epoxy down rock base clam is attached to?

I’ve had a Crocea for a few months and I t is happy and has new growth in its shell. It seems to like it’s spot. The problem is, is that my turbo’s knock the thing over frequently, sometimes knocking it off it’s shelf all together. It has had its foot attached to a rubble piece since I got it and has never let go. Could I epoxy that rubble piece to the shelf it likes? Theoretically if it decides it wants to move it could let go of the rubble piece, right?
