can you feed Mudworms to saltwater fish?

I was wondering if you can feed mudworms (Lumbriculus variegatus) to saltwater fish safely. I assume you can as they are aquatic, plus i have heard of feeding black worms and white worms to saltwater fish.

No you can't. Well you shouldn't it's not part of there diet and can cause liver problems.
