Can you feed spaghetti worms to coral?

I have a bunch of Spaghetti worms in my sand and usually grab some with my tongs when doing a water change and dump them. But could I just drop them in my torch or space invader? Yes I know they are good for the tank I just have too many and want to clear out the front of the tank.

Im sure its fine? I dropped bristle worms before on my scoly by accident and he ate them.

They likely wont take them. They have muscle and membranes and may cause issues while on coral

ive fed bristleworms to my ritteri anemone and he likes them, i dont see why not.
