So... this just happened! Impulse purchase orange gorgonia. Got it home and it’s bigger than I thought. Does anyone have experience fragging these? Is it anymore technical than cutting off branches and gluing them to rock? Thanks!

That's pretty much it, not difficult at all. If you didn't already know that one is non photosynthetic and a little more difficult to care for.

My plan is to feed twice a week using reef roids. Does that sound like it will work.
 
I usually strip the flesh on the frag about 1/8-1/4 inch ( like you would for a copper wire ) and glue the rod that’s inside to rock rubble. Less chance of tissue rot and it’ll incrust over the glue easily
