Can you help ID this?

Hello there! We have had our tank set up for about a month now, with rock and sand from Tampa Bay Saltwater. My husband found this critter the other night. It looks like a tiny lobster. Can this be what it is? It's a bit tough to see in the video, as it's tiny and the video is a bit blurry, but if you have any thoughts, we're just curious as to its identity. The best image is right about the 9 second mark. Thanks in advance!

Hard to,tell exactly from the video but it does look like a small spiny lobster.

Could be a pistol shrimp.

Thank you for the replies! I know the video was really unclear, so we appreciate your input! We'll look for him again and see if we can get a more detailed/clearer video. We thought about lobster or pistol shrimp, but it didn't appear that he had one larger claw, and long feelers...so were leaning towards a type of lobster. If we get a better shot in the next few days, I''ll add it to this thread. Thanks again, and happy Thanksgiving!
