Can you help me ID this algae please?

This red algae grows incessantly! On both the live rock and sand, and eventually into a kind of film that can be seen in the photo with the urchin. What is it and how can I get rid of it?

Nitrates are low so it's not that, I dose 5ml NO3PO4X daily, other water parameters are good, I have a red star fish, bristlestar, sea cucumber, sea hare (rarely seen!) Hermit crab, peppermint shrimp, boxer shrimp, pencil

urchin, few snails and 8 fish.

Well in the last photo, that’s definitely turf/hair algae that is covered in cyano. It looks like you’ve got a whole medley of algae issues to be honest.

Does all the red blow off the rocks? or do you have red wiry/hairy algae under the red sheets and films?

What a frustrating situation! A couple points of interest for cyanobacteria watchers:

1) looks like a young system
2) carbon dosing with ethanol containing product
3) presence of macro algae, possibly stressed by carbon dosing
