I found these on my rocks and I am not sure what I am dealing with. They are white and doesn't retract upon touch, so I don't know what it is. Sorry for the quality of the pictures. Thanks.

Safe, filter-feeders, however in my experience they can spread out of control.
I, personally, clean away when I see them.
 
I would keep them as they are beneficial. You can always remove them and put them in the sump? I’ll always think twice about getting rid of something that can help no matter how small :)
 
syconoid sponge also called poriferan sponge. Harmless and can be trimmed back
