Can you ID the orange organisms in the middle of the image? I know the asterina starfish on the right. I have it on some of my live rock and glass. If this is a pest, how do you treat it?

Thanks.

Red planaria flatworms and these are the bad ones. They will eat tissue off of acro and stems of coral and take it down in numbers
If possible , siphon up as many as you can with a 3/8" tube in a nylon stocking and discard.
Additional add a wrasse that will eat them such as :
6 lines
yellow coris
lunare
melanurus

{plan B)
Salifert flatworm exit. Dose at 85% of recommended and siphon sandbed and surfaces daily to remove dead ones which may contain toxins
Additionally for 14 days look for signs of eggs which are really tiny

@vetteguy53081 thank you for the information. This does not sound good ;Nailbiting. I have noticed a number of my acropora are STNing and I have been testing, water changing, etc and could not find a source. 2 of my hammers have lost a head or 2 despite taking one out and dipping it. Beside the 6 line, do the other three require sand beds because I have a bare bottom? I have had 6 line the past and it was a real antagonizer to other fish and I swore I would never get another. I have only been putting QT fish in my DT so getting a wrasse will probably take a month before I can add to my DT. I do not know where these came from except on possible clean up crew since that is the only thing I have added since Thanksgiving...

I appreciate your help and any other suggestions you or someone else may have.

if you have a BB, a easy fix is to get a little tupperware container of sorts and fill it with sand, and put it somewhere. the wrasse will sleep there.
