I purchased some Aussi rock from Eric Cohen, a few pieces had some coral on it that are doing great so far. The picture below is day 2 of being in the water. Originally, i could not see any flesh, just skeleton, and each day there is more flesh.

Baby LPS of some variety. I've seen folks get baby fungia like that that get to a size and pop off then another starts forming in (essentially) perpetuity

Here is what it looks like today.

It looks like a plate. When fungia are small they attach to rock then detach between 1 and 3 inches in diameter.
