Scientific name for the common feather duster is Sebellastarte. There are different types of feather dusters so to say "it's a feather duster" is a vague and almost useless statement is he is trying to get rid of it. It could be a cluster duster, which by the way is the most common pest feather sister in the home aquarium.
Wow, okay. First, you corrected Madness' answer of featherduster to say, "it's a tube worm"; that's very informative. Now, you say the scientific name is "Sebellastarte" (spelling).
Sabellastarte is a species in the family Sabellidae, which is commonly referred to as the Hawaiian featherduster. That species in the photo is definitely not a Sabellastarte.

Awesome I took it out and iced it down so that I could get it off.. Heard they multiply like crazy and sting corals. Now I have another one.. Found this while looking in my aquarium tonight.. It's a reddish small worm. It's right in the center of the picture crawling under my gsp.
Baby bristle worm. Just a scavenger. Some people remove them because they can sting in self defense with all those bristles but are generally harmless.
